Adele Georgiana Gianopoulos, daughter of Molly Ringwald has all the makings of a Hollywood superstar. She was born to an actor father and actress mother and from the age of two, Adele knew she wanted to be a performer.

Adele began her career appearing in several television commercials and also appeared in a number of small roles in films such as The Sandlot and Sixteen Candles.
In 1993, she made her feature film debut in Paradise Lost alongside Ethan Hawke and Winona Ryder. In 1996, she starred as Cindy opposite Drew Barrymore in the critically acclaimed drama Some Kind of Wonderful. That same year she was cast as Samantha Baker opposite Matthew Broderick and Alicia Silverstone in the coming-of-age comedy film Water World.
In 1998, she starred opposite Christian Bale in American Psycho. The following year she appeared in The Secret Life of Bees alongside Queen Latifah and Reese Witherspoon. In 2002, she starred opposite Colin Firth in Love Actually.
Since then, Adele has starred in a number of films including Accepted, The Sweet Hereafter, and The Necessities of Life. She has also starred in the television series True Blood, Boardwalk Empire, and Gossip Girl. Adele has been married to actor Jason Segel since 2012.
