About Killing Bites
Killing Bites is a Japanese manga series published back in November 2013. It was written by Shinya Murata and illustrated by Kazuasa Sumita. Both did a great job in coming up with special scenes.
It was published in Hero’s Inc.’s seinen manga magazine Monthly HERO’s. Killing Bites film has sixteen tankōbon volumes with enthusiastic and humorous episodes. The last update was in August 2020.
This series is marketed towards young adults. The main character serves as bait to them for she is portrayed as a sexy young girl.
On a serious note, Killing Bites is a proxy war between four families. This has been a tradition that evolved hundreds of years. They have introduced animal-human hybrids for the war, not to forget mentioning insects like cockroaches and bees.
Don’t be confused. But, their bodies are infused with animal genes to compete in this war. It’s an amazing scientific approach to dealing with enemies.
The story revolves around a female protagonist named Uzaki Hitomi. She appears to be in white hair, brown eyes, and a sexy curvy athletic body. Hitomi typically wears a low amount of clothing.
Hitomi had the fate of meeting a college student named Yuuya Nomoto. He unknowingly participated in kidnapping her. There was a scene where they met two Therianthropes where the kidnapped turned out to be the one to save the kidnapper.
Yuuya Nomoto is some sort of weakling. He was just innocent and did what was right. Unlike the others, he doesn’t have any power at all.
Killing Bites is unique compared to the other supernatural anime that doesn’t have much value. The fighting scenes have twists. They’re like mind games. And, it has a pretty unpredictable outcome of tournaments.

Liden Films has not announced Killing Bites renewal yet. It starts to get thrilling as this is one of a kind fantasy film. It’s a highly anticipated sequel that the fans are eyeing for a second season.
There is still a high chance of renewal of Killing Bites. This is extremely popular amongst young adults. This is very in demand and needs to be backed up with a lot of source materials.
Looking back in 2018, the studio did not have much in the stock of source materials to create another season. It’s kind of sad that it will take a little while for the second season to be produced.
Hence, the lack of source material serves as one of the greatest obstacles in the renewal.
The manga series has ten volumes. Unfortunately, the show used up six manga volumes during the debut show in 2018.
The writer, Mangaka Shinya Murata, writes two volumes per year. As of this moment, there have been fifteen volumes released. Let’s wait for the 16th volume to hit the market anytime soon. Killing Bites Season 2 will then have enough sources to continue production.
